Who sells you the access
- Published by RKA IT, a French company (RCS Bobigny 983 614 884): legal notices (in French).

- No cookies and no advertising trackers on this site (privacy, in French).
Why 60 or 90 days?
- You prepare for one specific exam. Access covers the time you need to prepare: 60 days with Essentiel, 90 days with the Pack. It then ends, with no renewal and no further charge.
- Exam postponed or not passed? We add 60 days to your access free of charge, once per access, on simple declaration by email during the access or within 30 days after it ends (article 4 bis of the terms of sale, in French).

The application file: one step and one pitfall

One pitfall to avoid:

If your situation changes
- Unsure between two procedures? You can change once, free of charge, within 14 days of your purchase, without the access period restarting. If in doubt, read “Am I concerned?” (in French).
- Starting with Essentiel? Moving up to the Pack by paying only the price difference (7,00 € at current prices), from “I have a code”, is planned for December 2026. The access period does not restart: the Pack covers 90 days from your original purchase.

How you are protected
- An identified publisher. Civique Pratique is published by RKA IT, a company registered in the French trade and companies register: see the legal notices (in French).
- A consumer mediator. If a dispute is not resolved, you can contact CM2C free of charge; the contact details are in the terms of sale (in French).
- A one-off purchase. You pay once: no subscription and no renewal, access simply ends on its end date.
- Your request before immediate access. Before paying, an unticked box asks whether you want to start straight away, without waiting for the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. You keep that right: the box is followed by a link to how the refund is calculated (article 5 of the terms of sale, in French). The wording of the box is in French, with a translation below it. Without the box ticked, the order cannot go through.
- No advertising trackers. Civique Pratique sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers; Stripe's payment page applies its own policy. See the privacy policy (in French).
- 14 days to change your mind. With the "Withdraw from the contract here" link at the bottom of every page: refund of the price minus the share of access already elapsed since the code was sent, from the 1st day (article 5 of the terms of sale, in French).
- Payment by Stripe. Card payment is made on Stripe's secure page, which summarises the offer and the price before you confirm.

Before you pay
Is this a website of the administration?
No. Civique Pratique is a private, independent service, not affiliated with the administration or with the exam centres. Online filing goes through no paid intermediary; taxes or a tax stamp are due depending on the procedure (residence permit, naturalisation), paid to the administration (amounts on service-public.fr).
How much does the exam itself cost?
We found no national price published on the pages we consulted: each approved centre sets its own price (example: 70 € at the centre « l'université Bordeaux Montaigne (CLEFF) » in October 2026, see the source, in French). You pay this price at the centre; it is not included in our plans.
Where do I register for the exam?
With an approved exam centre. This site registers no one.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once, from 7,90 € for 60 days. Nothing renews.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You have 14 days to withdraw, without giving a reason, with the "Withdraw from the contract here" link at the bottom of every page: refund of the price minus the share of access already elapsed since the code was sent, from the 1st day (article 5 of the terms of sale, in French).
