Your access code will be sent here. It is also used to send you a new code if you lose it.

14 days to change your mind. Even if you start straight away, you may withdraw for 14 days: full refund up to the 7th day after the code is sent; from the 8th to the 14th day, the price minus the share of access elapsed (price × days elapsed since the code was sent ÷ 60 days for Essentiel or 90 days for the Pack, rounded in your favour). For an add-on (upgrade to the Pack, extension), the price minus the share of the add-on already elapsed, from the 1st day. The "Withdraw from the contract here" link is at the bottom of every page of the site (article 5 of the terms of sale).

How you are protected

An identified publisher. Civique Pratique is published by RKA IT, a company registered in the French trade and companies register: see the legal notices (in French).
A consumer mediator. If a dispute is not resolved, you can contact CM2C free of charge; the contact details are in the terms of sale (in French).
A one-off purchase. You pay once: no subscription and no renewal, access simply ends on its end date.
Your request before immediate access. Before paying, an unticked box asks whether you want to start straight away, without waiting for the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. You keep that right: the box recalls how the refund is calculated (article 5 of the terms of sale, in French). The wording of the box is in French, with a translation below it. Without the box ticked, the order cannot go through.
No advertising trackers. Civique Pratique sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers; Stripe's payment page applies its own policy. See the privacy policy (in French).
